The Valuation Office Agency is an executive agency of HM Revenue & Customs.
Since 1 April 2009 Rent Officer functions, including Local Housing Allowance and lettings research, transferred to the VOA. The VOA also compiles and maintains rating and council tax lists, and offers a range of valuation services to public sector clients. |
